We are so confident in our products that we have extended the return period from the statutory 14 to 30 days! 

How to make a return in 3 easy steps

1. Pack the package

2. Complete the return form 

3. Send the package to us

Package verification:
After receiving the package, the product (s) contained in it undergoes the verification process. Within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your package, we will make a refund to the account number provided by you in the form.

Contents of the package with the return:
The clothing must not show signs of use (including smells).
The clothing must be in its original packaging (foil, pendant)

Payment refund:
We will refund the payment by bank transfer to the account number provided in the return form or to the account used in the payment process.

Additional comments:
We do not accept shipments with a cash on delivery fee transferred to the addressee. We do not accept parcels such as Parcel Locker. We only accept shipments to the address below.
