
How can I place an order in the Goti.co online store
- Browse and select the product you are interested in
- Choose the size that suits you and then add the product to the basket by clicking the "Add to basket" button
- If you do not have an account in our store yet, register , but if you have already completed the registration process, log in . The Goti.co store also offers the option of placing an order without registration.
- Select or enter your details and shipping details, confirm the purchase by clicking the "Summary" button .
- Now you will see an order card with all the information you have entered, verify that the data is correct and then click on the "Place order" button .
- Pay for the order
- Ready! Your order has been shipped. Now you will receive an e-mail from us confirming that the order has been accepted.
Do I need an account at Goti.co to be able to place an order?
At Goti.co you can place an order without creating an account, in the " Your data" section , select the " Place an order" option . However, signing up for an account with Goti gives you many benefits, including the ability to track the status of your order and shipment, access to your order history, storage, and participation in many promotional campaigns and discounts for our regular customers.
Can I make changes to my order after placing an order?
As soon as we accept your order, we proceed to its implementation and contact the courier company on the day of placing the order. For this reason, the time for making any changes to the order is limited. If you want to modify the order, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or e-mail.
Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?
Remember to carefully check the shipping details before confirming your order. If you found a mistake in the shipping address after placing the order, or you would like to change the address to a different one, please contact us as soon as possible. Such changes can only be made before the order is handed over to the courier.
Can I check the current status of my order?
Yes, of course, your order status and purchase history are available in your account (My Accounts> Customer Panel). However, if you did not register when placing your order, you will not be able to track your order.
You can check the order status in the Customer Panel. By clicking on the order you are interested in, the following information will appear:
- order fulfillment status
- purchased products
- the cost of the order
- address details for the invoice and delivery
