How to make an exchange in 3 simple steps:

1. Pack the package

2. Fill in the goods exchange form

3. Send the package to us

After receiving the package, the product (s) contained in it undergoes the verification process. Within 2 calendar days from the date of receipt of your package, we will exchange the goods to the address provided by you in the exchange form.

Contents of the package with the return:
The clothing must not show signs of use (including smells).
The clothing must be in its original packaging (foil, pendant)
